Fred Macciocchi is the CEO and Founder of Franchise Dream Team and a Certified Franchise Consultant with more than 20 years in franchising. He began his career developing, owning, and managing four locations of a well-known franchise brand, then exited that business in 2014 in a seven-figure sale.
From there, Fred purchased a Master Franchise for an emerging beauty brand and later added Master Franchise territories in health and wellness across Florida. He is also the former owner of a national pet franchise system, which he grew and then sold.
That range is the point. Fred has sat in most of the seats in franchising: franchisee, multi-unit operator, master franchisee, and seller. He knows what a disclosure document does not tell you, because he has lived on the other side of it.
Fred believes in honest guidance over sales pressure. The process starts with clarity: your goals, your capital, your risk tolerance, and how much of your life you actually want this business to take. From there he matches you to models that fit, and tells you plainly when a brand does not.
